Introduction

My goal in life is to help people grow, heal, and change their lives for the better. I believe that everyone has the capacity to experience healing and improvement from whatever they're experiencing, and the near unlimited potential for personal growth and development. I have an eclectic therapeutic approach, so I am comfortable moving through several different approaches to find whatever fits your needs. I primarily use CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Client-Centered, Object Relations, Solution Focused, Narrative, Jungian, and several different family systems therapy models of treatment. Trauma is everywhere. "Little" traumas and unspeakable "Big T" Trauma. I have several specialities but working with trauma (and the associated depression, anxiety, etc) is one of my biggest passions. Whatever happened to you, know that there is healing. I graduated in 2012 with a master's in marriage and family therapy from Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary. I began my career as a therapist for a community mental health agency, where I remain to this day. I have years of experience as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and clinical director.
