I have extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in a variety of settings, including community mental health centers, detention facilities, and public hospitals. I’m passionate about working with diverse populations—such as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and Veterans—by validating their experiences and supporting them in achieving their goals and personal growth. With adolescents, my areas of focus range from emotional awareness and anger management to navigating the transition to adulthood. I also work with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, social skills, self-esteem, and behavior management. My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I also incorporate creative tools and techniques to tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs. I believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship, grounded in the Rogerian principles of genuineness, unconditional positive regard, and empathic understanding. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered.
