Introduction

My journey as a therapist began after events in my life moved me to understand the human need to be heard, understood, and walked beside during various times of life. During the past fourteen years I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults utilizing CBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, and elements of nature to assist clients as they find their footing to continue their life journey. I am down to earth, humorous, creative, positive, a dreamer and a believer of that which may seem impossible.
