Thank you for visiting my site. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also have training in Somatic Resilience and Regulation, Touch Skills and Transforming the Experience-Based Brain. These can include touch as a component to healing. I have been practicing for over 15 years. Above all, I put trust in my client's intuition as well as my own. Therefore, we will have a lot of curiosity and follow this inner wisdom. I enjoy nature walks, reading and my Tae Kwon Do classes.
