I am committed to helping adults, couples, teens and parents improve relationships, find joy and a more peaceful way of being. Specializing in reducing anxiety and quieting that inside nagging critical voice, my ultimate purpose is to partner with you to accomplish your goals. We will work together to release negativity while simultaneously strengthening positive mindset. I am a trauma informed therapist trained in mindfulness meditation and offer relaxation techniques to help reduce anxiety and increase contentment. You can make significant and lasting improvements in your life right now. You have many strengths and we will explore together what tools, habits and abilities you already possess and which you need help to develop. Here are some of things we can do together: -come to understand how your thoughts and beliefs affect how you feel and ultimately your behaviors. -become better equipped to have positive interactions with others. -quickly begin to make positive lasting changes that can dramatically improve your relationships, careers, health, and finances. In every session we will discuss a practical tool for you to apply throughout the week. Worried that it will take too long? In our first session, we will explore how to know when our time together is over. By defining goals and working to achieve them we will minimize the time it takes to flourish. Services are offered in-person in Forked River and virtually anywhere in NJ.
