Introduction

Do you want to start making changes in your life? I can offer support and guidance to help you in this process. You can expect my full attention, compassion, and non-judgment as you begin self exploration and change. I am trained to work with anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders, and first responders/law enforcement. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), which is an approach that supports the nervous system in healing from trauma. Our work together can: 1) help you learn ways to manage your challenges; 2) improve your day-to-day functioning which can reduce distress and better relationships; 3) increase self-awareness and self-acceptance. Here’s what clients tell me: "It’s easy to talk to you" and “I know you have my back, but you challenge me too.” I want you to feel the same way. I am active and engaged because you and your story are important. My approach is collaborative, caring, and direct. I will work to meet you where you are while also providing feedback to help you gain clarity. A critical part of therapy is that you feel connected with your therapist.
