Introduction

As a therapist, I approach each client from a holistic perspective, appreciating that individuals can't be entirely understood in isolation but need to be considered as a sum of many interrelated factors. My theoretical approach is grounded in insight-based and somatic therapies with an emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. I work with those presenting with anxiety-related concerns and disorders, depression, grief, life transitions, survivors of trauma, as well as individuals questioning their identities. I value and often implement approaches and techniques focusing on mindfulness and self-compassion, according to the needs of the individuals that I work with.
