Specialties: Anxiety, Trauma, Addiction, Eating Disorders, Drug Abuse,

Introduction

Life often throws us challenges—whether in relationships, family trauma, life transitions, or internal struggles. Facing these complexities can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you, providing guidance and support as you confront and work through these challenges. In a safe, compassionate environment, we’ll develop the tools and skills to help you manage difficult thoughts and situations. Understanding that each journey is unique, I personalize my approach to fit your specific needs and goals. I hold a degree in journalism from New York University and a master’s in clinical mental health from the University of Colorado Denver. Alongside my therapy practice, I’ve written extensively about mental health for publications like Vice, Allure, Business Insider, and Teen Vogue. Outside of my work, I’m passionate about trail running, reading, being a DJ at a community radio station, and spending time in nature. If you’re ready to take the next step on your healing journey, I invite you to reach out and schedule a session. Whether you’re seeking support during a tough time or hoping to deepen your self-awareness, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to build a path forward.
