I take an integrative approach to your mental health by not only focusing on traditional talk therapy but integrating nutritional psychology and mindfulness/meditation as well. I have experience working with individuals, many who suffer from depression and anxiety. I use DBT, Mindfulness and CBT techniques to guide clients in learning how to manage their emotions and interpersonal relationships. I use TFCBT for work with trauma. I support clients with learning about nutrition and mindfulness to help with depression and anxiety. I also have an extensive background working with youth who are struggling with defiant behaviors, depression/anxiety and low self -esteem. I have an expertise in teaching parenting skills for children of all ages. I have been trained in Positive Parenting Practices, and The Incredible Years Parenting. I offer family sessions to support clients. I have over 16 years of experience working with children, families, and adults in mental health services.
