I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and art therapist who believes in a holistic and eclectic approach to therapy. I utilize complementary healing modalities as needed, including expressive arts therapy and dream analysis, as well as traditional talk therapy to provide healing, based on my clients’ unique and individual needs. You can expect care, compassion and a soft place to land when you need to feel vulnerable and understood. I am here to help guide you towards your greatest source of wisdom…yourself. My work has been primarily with children and adolescents, as well as individuals and families who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, suicidal ideation and behavioral issues, among other life challenges. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at USC and my Master’s degree in Art Therapy Psychology and Marital and Family Therapy from Notre Dame de Namur University. With compassion, creativity and empathy, I strive to provide a safe space to help others find their strengths and light within themselves to grow and heal.
