I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is passionate about helping others. I have years of experience in raising my three adult children and having the joy of spending time with my two grandsons. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Arts in Counseling from B.H. Carroll Theological Institute, Life is a journey and sometimes we all need a helping hand to walk with us, support us, and guide us through the tough times. I believe that we all work better when we understand the connections between our mind, body, soul, and spirit. I enjoy working with individuals, and couples, dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, parenting, divorce/separation, abuse, addiction, anger, trauma, codependency, and more. With compassion and empathy, we will work together to develop skills in coping, and decision-making, and make positive changes to improve life one step at a time.
