Introduction

Hi, I have been in the mental health field for over 15 years and have worked in research, assessments and testing and counseling. I have training in Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and enjoy working with CBT, solution-focused and person-centered therapy. My goal is always to meet a client where they are and help them find a path that encourages, supports and motivates them. I work mainly with adults but I also see older teens and am a designated Child Mental Health Specialist.
