Introduction

As a compassionate mental health therapist I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD and disorders which can be pervasive or specific life traumas. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and use a whole person and embodied approach, with personalized interventions including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, DBT, IFS or CBT that helps to regulate emotions and the nervous system, reducing symptoms. I am licensed in Montana and Alaska and I am able to accept insurance from those states.
