Introduction

I have over 15 years of clinical experience in various settings including hospital, inpatient, outpatient, correctional, and residential treatment centers. I take an integrative, strength-based approach to help clients increase self-awareness, heal and strengthen relationships, support personal growth, and foster resiliency. I have a collaborative, relational style, and believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship is the most essential component of effective therapy. I have extensive training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and have been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have been practicing for the last 15 years in both individual and group practices and eventually made telehealth the focus of my practice to reach more clients where access might not be as abundant. My clinical expertise focuses on a wide range of problems including depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), abuse, eating disorders, and personality disorders. I currently provide consultation to other professionals to assist in problem solving and enhancing their clinical skills. I currently practice in the states of Texas, Illinois, Montana, Florida, Oregon, Colorado, and Hawaii.
