Introduction

Helping people recover from OCD and anxiety related disorders is my passion. From 2015 to 2021 I treated hundreds of clients with OCD, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Anxiety Disorders and Compulsive Skin Picking and Hair Pulling (bfrb's) with the OCD Center of Los Angeles. Every therapy I provide is supported by science and all the work I do with clients is collaborative. My goal is to teach my clients the best evidence-based tools they need to recover so they can pursue those things in life that bring them meaning and joy. CBT is considered a short term therapy (under 20 sessions). Most clients feel some improvement within 10 sessions. For more information about me or my work please visit my website http://sbocd.com
