When something terrible happens to us, our world is forever changed. My education, training, and personal life experiences, have led to my passion for joining people on their healing journey due to grief or trauma; whether recent or years ago. There’s no right way to feel, there’s no timeline – everyone’s experience is different. I’ll help and support you learn new ways to manage overwhelming emotions, develop healthy coping skills, re-imagine your story, hope, heal, and transform.
