I can also teach you social skills if you feel out of place at work or school. I use in a variety of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gottman Methods Couples Therapy, (EFT) Emotionally Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprossing ( EMDR). I have extensive experience in working with Adolescents and Adults who have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, Addictions, Self-Harming Behaviors, Trauma, PTSD, Grief, Co-dependency, Depression, Anxiety, and Suicide Ideation. In addition, I have extensive experience in working with Couples therapy to improve communication, heal from infidelity.
