My trauma-informed approach focuses on providing a safe environment for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences in order to develop self-compassion, self-awareness and confidence within themselves and within their relationships. With nearly 15 years experience in the field, my practice incorporates a variety of clinical approaches to assist clients with building insight, coping skills, and holistic routines to achieve their goals.
