Introduction

I am a Licensed Psychologist in Nebraska and an AASECT-Certified Sexuality Educator with 12 years of experience as a mental health professional. I am honored to have the opportunity to serve as a guide as you invest time in yourself and your relationships. I specialize in helping intimate partners strengthen their intimacy and sense of connection, and working with individuals looking to explore or enhance their sexual lives or who experience their sexual behaviors as out of control. Importantly, I believe healthy sexuality is an essential part of your overall wellness. Another specialty is helping individuals foster sexual wellness through providing sexuality education, exploring values, and considering the families, communities, and cultures in which you were raised and live today. I also work with people and partners planning families and/or experiencing infertility. It is important to know that sex therapy sessions do not involve any physical contact or sexual activity among clients and therapists. Telehealth services available in all PSYPACT states (psypact.org).
