**NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS** Please call for an appointment. My therapeutic approach focuses on personal and individual narratives that enhance strengths while recognizing adversities. Through guided sessions with my patients, we will work together to explore areas of trauma and adversities that have caused significant life-long anxiety. As an educator and counselor, I understand the long-term impacts of chronic anxiety and my goal is to help you find peace through your voice of empowerment. I completed a master's degree in Counseling Studies at Rollins College and earned my license to practice in Florida in 2010, and I recently earned a PhD in Sociology from the University of Central Florida. I've provided therapeutic support for anxiety, panic, chronic stress, and identity exploration for college students and adults in a variety of settings over the past 15 years. Most recently I worked with non-traditional adult college students at a large university experiencing transfer shock while pursuing a college degree. My approach to treating anxiety fosters personal development by incorporating your narrative to enhance strengths while recognizing limitations. It will be my pleasure to work with you through this process.
