With over 13 years of professional experience, Dena has worked extensively with youth, adults, couples, and families in various settings, including foster care, treatment facilities, and group private practices. She has helped clients navigate a wide range of challenges, such as depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, grief, life transitions, and concerns related to self-esteem and body image. Dena's therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
