Introduction

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor committed to helping men, women, and children learn how to cope with anxiety or depression, learn healthier communication skills and boundaries, process and heal from traumatic events, and build healthier relationships within marriages or family units. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs around decision making, as well as reconnecting with personal interests impacted by depression, trauma, and anxiety symptoms. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I’m passionate about applying and creating individualized resources for children struggling with behavioral problems and struggling with appropriately processing and communicating their feelings and emotions. I am interested in participating in workshops, speaking engagements, and webinars, for continued learning and growth in my ability to serve you. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request. Warmly, Dr. Anderson
