I believe that therapy should address the person as a whole including aspects of mental, physical and spiritual well-being. I believe all clients are unique and my therapeutic approach is adaptive to each individual’s situation. My approach draws upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I treat a broad range of clinical issues, specializing in trauma work. I have been trained in EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing - that involves releasing cognitive or emotional blocks and is a specialty therapy I offer.
