Hello and welcome! We are all on different paths in life and sometimes the path we are on can be positive and clear, or it can be difficult and filled with roadblocks. I am here to help you along your path by guiding and instilling hope and perseverance to help you overcome these challenges. I will help provide you with tools to help you heal, strengthen, and encourage you along your path while providing a safe environment to help you express your thoughts and feelings. I specialize in marriage and couples therapy, trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, phobias, low self-esteem, grief & loss, stress, adjustment to life changes and relationship issues. I utilize different approaches to the needs and unique qualities of the individual. Some approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. The decision to begin therapy can often be a difficult one, but taking the step to work collaboratively together can bring about positive changes.
