Introduction

I believe therapy is a collaborative effort. Therefore, the end goal is to assist clients in attaining goals set for treatment. I have worked with individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds. I have extensive experience working with the military and those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, adjustment issues, work-related issues, relational conflict, familial discord, and trauma. I strive to help others actualize their value as an individual while assisting them in experiencing their potential. As a strength-based therapist, I employ nonjudgmental, culturally competent, flexible, and outcome-oriented approaches. This is done through the assistance of evidence-based approaches, in conjunction with the belief that recovery is attainable. There is a purpose and value in each and every season of life. Therefore, it is important to remember that a season is a season of life, not a life sentence.
