Comforting and stressful interactions both can center around patterns that have developed over time. These patterns are often ingrained and hard to notice without someone outside of your family providing support. Therapy may help support your family to examine patterns and be more intentional about interactions to strengthen your bonds. I am also available to provide support to individuals with expertise in serving parents, adolescents and transitional aged youth.
