Introduction

I have over 15 years of experience working with adults and children who have been abused or neglected and that have various substance abuse and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief and oppositional defiant disorder. I like to adapt sessions to assist clients in identifying stressors, identify motivations, build support systems, and increase functioning. I am an excellent communicator and client advocate, experienced at working with diverse age groups. My goal is to establish a therapeutic relationship with each client while striving to be honest and maintain professionalism at all times. I support women, expecting moms, moms/couples transitioning into parenthood, those who have experienced a traumatic birth, loss of a child, diagnosed with perinatal anxiety/mood disorders/postpartum or that struggle with fertility. I'm a true client advocate with experience working with diverse age groups & socio-economic populations. To those couples anticipating marriage, let's prepare and enrich your foundation! I am passionate about providing support to those who have experienced the loss of a love one due to various life circumstances. I am here for those struggling with anxiety and depression.
