Hi, my name is Derek Allen and I am a licensed professional counselor. I have been providing therapy for over 13 years. I live in Gilbert with my wife and four amazing and busy boys. My responsibility is to provide individuals with quality treatment they deserve. It is my goal to guide them on a path to a more enjoyable life. Together, we will help you gain the tools needed to take control over your life. In addition, I help individuals take back the power over their debilitating or undesirable moods, thoughts, and actions. I especially enjoy helping individuals recognize that they are not alone or “abnormal,” and helping them have a better life.
