In my first experience with therapy, I discovered that I felt fundamentally disconnected from myself. Seems odd, right? Anxiety, depression, grief, relational conflict, trauma responses — these are symptoms of underlying pain and fracturing that can be healed. I believe you're the only one who can ultimately make yourself whole, but you don't have to find the way alone.
