Introduction

* EMDR Therapy * I counsel adults working in the treatment of PTSD/C-PTSD and trauma related dissociation by utilizing the modalities of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and EMDR. Another area of focus is supporting and working with families and their children within the realm of neurodiverse learning. I help families through empowerment while providing them with emotional support, educational consultation and parent guidance as they navigate the complex factors of raising neurodiverse learners within an ableist society. I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for the treatment of Trauma and Developmental Trauma both Level I and Level II. Additionally, I am trained in attachment focused EMDR Levels I, II and III, through the Parnell Institute. * EMDR Trauma Retreats * Sometimes clients are interested in doing work over a more condensed period (ie. 5 hours a day for three days). This can be beneficial for clients who have the time and resources and want to accomplish a lot of memory processing. Sometimes clients do this while continuing with weekly therapy and some clients seek this service out independently. Intensive EMDR sessions are particularly helpful for folks who live far away, have a specific delineated set of concerns or memory targets to work on, or/and who currently feel a pressing motivation in processing through their trauma timeline quickly, versus stretching it out over weeks and months of weekly hourly therapy. * EMDR Consultation Services for EMDR Clinicians * As an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Consultant since 2022, I provide individual and group EMDR consultation to EMDR clinicians seeking hours towards certification, and for EMDR clinicians looking for consultation on various topics and cases overall.
