Introduction

Hello and Welcome! I’m Desiree Mansour, a licensed mental health therapist (LMHC) and Life Coach offering mental health and coaching services in Washington. There is nothing to fix, but there is a lot to understand. I am not, nor will be the expert on you; you are the expert on you. We all have unique life experiences that have impact on us as humans; this is part of life, and not a weakness. I place great focus on genuine client connection. I love the work I get to do; I consider it my calling and I am excited to get to know you! Mental Health: I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and overall nervous system dysregulation with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults. I will encourage self-discovery to help you reconnect to your authentic self. I utilize a variety of proven techniques, provide psychoeducation, and pull from theories that can help you or your child in reaching goals of maintaining emotional health and overall well-being. Life Coaching: I am here to walk alongside you to identify, clarify, and create a vision for what you want from this experience. I will nurture and evoke unique strategies that align with your goals, personality, and vision to help bridge the gap between where you are and where you would like to be. Together we will identify any potential barriers or obstacles to pave the way for meaningful and sustainable changes.
