Hello there! As a young adult, I learned the damaging impacts of trauma as I watched my loved ones return home from war. Though they may have looked the same, a piece of them seemed gone and lost. At this moment, over a decade ago, I made it my life's mission to help trauma survivors. I spent much of my career working with service members, veterans, first responders, and survivors of gun violence, assault, and medical trauma. As I grew as a social worker, I realized how grief, anxiety, and depression can also intertwine with trauma. I continue to work towards my life's mission and am honored to ask you, how can I help?
