As a therapist, I help people reconnect with and draw strength from the goodness in themselves as they cultivate positive behaviors and new perspectives on life. I have trained in Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, DBT, CBT and Focusing oriented therapy. I am also certified as a mindfulness teacher and have spent the last decade teaching mindfulness and meditation to children, adolescents, and adults. What I have found matters most is the relationship between therapist and client and our mutual capacity for awareness. I tailor my treatment programs to meet the needs of my clients. No matter the approach, providing a space where my clients feel safe and supported is at the heart of my practice, and all are welcome.
