My work focuses on targeting negative communication styles, behaviors and habits. I intend to help you build a more positive, mindful, and purposeful lifestyle, while strengthening your self-care and personal relationships. I believe in taking a collaborative approach during each session. A few therapy types I use include, but are not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Centered Therapy.
