Dear Clients, My name is Deyanira Zambrano, I had been a nurse for over 20 years. Along the years of my nursing career, I have witnessed the need of Mental Health services and the importance of psychiatric treatment. Frustrated of seeing patients struggle to find caring psychiatric care I felt urged to advance my education and successfully accomplished the title of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in November of 2020. I am here to defy the stigma against mental and psychiatric illnesses. I cherish the uniqueness of each person and focus in providing individualized care. I practice General Psychiatry for patients of ages 6 to 90 years old in the state of Texas. I look forward to be a part of your team as you search for your wellbeing stability. The onset of mental and psychiatric ailments may occurs long before we notice those symptoms causing life troubles; therefore, an in-depth initial evaluation is crucial. The goal of the first appointment is to collect vital information that needs to be considered to assess the problematic and identify appropriate needs of treatment. The initial evaluation may take around 90 minutes. Follow-up sessions are aimed towards assessing and re-evaluating findings, treatment response, and wellbeing maintenance. Follow-up sessions can be around 30-50 minutes. Psychiatric treatment often requires therapy/psychotherapy for its success and it can also be integrated during the visit. Services and Prices: are based on the level of care and amount of time needed for the care of each individual Patient. Good Faith estimate is an estimate of the possible charge it applies for clients not using insurance coverage to pay per consultation visit services. Prices are subject to change: - Provide outpatient consultations via virtual through teleconference or in-person - Initial Psychiatric Evaluation Consultation visit for new patients or concurrent patients with last appointment occurring more than one year ago: $120-$240 - Psychiatric Follow up Consultation visit for concurrent patients or patients last seen in consultation less than one year ago: $60-$120 - Consultation visit adjunct therapy: $60-$100 Consultation visits frequency depends on the patient's needs. Visits can occur as often as once per week and range to every 3 months. Therefore, the yearly expense of psychiatric care depends on patient stability and also patient preference can make an impact. Additional Fees: - No show to scheduled appointment: $25 - Cancelation of appointment less than 24 hours in advance and getting to appointment after 10 minutes without being able to accommodate to proceed with appointment also counts as a No show: $25 - Requested Letters outside of consult: $10 - Paperwork (school forms, work forms, other forms outside of consultation): $5 per page Other Services: - Do not offer witness services - Court appearance only if summoned by the court
