I began working in the field of Clinical Mental Health Counseling much later in my professional career. I trained to be a Dental Surgeon and thought that was what my career would advance in. But as we know life to be full of curve balls, I experienced one that altered the course of my career and life. Unforeseen challenges and circumstances led me to a crossroad that ultimately ended up fulfilling my unknown purpose in life. It was those crossroads that facilitated my decision to pursue a second career in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and it was the best I’ve ever made. I’ve seen the highs and lows, struggles and challenges, decisions and fears that come along with life changes. I’ve lived and grown through them to get to this point, where I can be a small part in your journey of revival, as some others have been in mine. I founded Radical Revive PLLC to be a place that helps me make a small difference in our community. Radical Revive PLLC is a space that celebrates the uniqueness that we have within us. It caters to the individuality and provides a personalized approach to counseling. As a counselor, I focus on the most important factor that is responsible for positive change and that is the Therapeutic Relationship. The Therapeutic Relationship is the foundation that fosters change. It is not just a space, it is a belief that honors the human connection in its entirety, without judgment. It harnesses the strength of support and helps create a new mindset by healing and nurturing the sore and seasoned inner wounds.
