Specialties: Trauma, Anxiety, Addiction, Depression, Anger Management,

Introduction

Welcome! I am a marriage and family therapist with over 20 years of experience working in mental health. I began my career in social work helping those disenfranchised on the streets of San Francisco. I became inspired to become a licensed therapist because many of those most in need had untreated mental health issues that kept them unable to overcome poverty. I am so grateful for my experience; it has given me so much insight into how improved mental health can change lives for the better. I feel honored to be able to help people raise their mental health anchors and reach their full potential.
