Introduction

Overwhelmed? Life got you down? I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist working in the therapy field for 30 years. I am committed to liberating people from their past and empowering them to step into a loving, happy, abundant life. I loving working with people from all walks of life and seeing them grow into happy and healthy individuals. My specialty is working with individuals who struggle with panic attacks, anxiety and trauma. I also work with relationship issues, depression, OCD, ADHD and grief. I am primarily an EMDR therapist as EMDR is so effective in treating Trauma as well as a variety of other issues. I believe healing is possible for everyone and that we all can reach our goals.
