Introduction

My goal is to meet you where you are currently in the process of change and healing. I will provide you with a safe, trusting, & honest therapeutic environment. I provide assistance for women with anxiety, relationship issues, and depression. I specialize in working with women building self esteem, relationship challenges, trauma/abandonment, health issues, job stress, hopelessness, and life transitions. I am a member of the MI TriCounty Trauma Recovery Network (TRN), Oakland County Suicide task force, and Oakland County food sustainability task force. I am motivated to assist you in creating positive life changes through a holistic and therapeutic approach. Together we will work as a team, at your pace, to bring out your best self for hope and happiness. Looking forward to meeting you.
