Introduction

I believe each time a child is born, a mother is also born. This change in sense of self and the emotions that come with it are often unpredictable. Coupled with constantly shifting hormones, sleep deprivation, physical discomfort and societal expectations, the postpartum period presents a major life transition mothers struggle through. Many find themselves feeling lost, isolated and alone during a time they anticipated feeling nothing but joy. I am here to support you as you work through your emotions, rediscover yourself through parenthood, find ways to cope with new challenges in life and become the mother you were meant to be. I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C). While I bring a broad background in mental health to my work, I am most passionate about supporting you as you navigate challenges through your reproductive journey - from pregnancy through the postpartum period as well as the profound changes in identity and beliefs that accompany this major life transition. Moms need a village and I want to be part of yours. Please reach out for support, you don't have to take this journey alone.
