Sound Guidance is owned by Dianna Rose, MA, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State. She is also a nationally certified Music Therapist with specialized training in Neurologic Music Therapy. Dianna received her Master's in Expressive Therapies from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. Dianna approaches psychotherapy from a wellness perspective, co-creating with the client a life toolbox to navigate through its challenges. Understanding the past, being grounded in the present, and focusing o the future. She draws from a variety of theoretical approaches as therapy cannot be one-size-fits-all. Creating a safe and supportive container, Dianna supports the client in seeing and building upon his/her/their strengths, working to shift unsupportive mental associations, and helping the client to achieve his/her/their goals in life.
