Hi, my name is Dillan! What if children and young adults could be seen as capable and wise? What would happen if we quieted ourselves just enough to let them teach us how to better understand their unique selves? What would it look like if every young person was given a safe space to sort through childhood hardships instead of burying them until they leaked into every aspect of their adult lives? I am passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating all types of difficulties, whether it be a parent’s divorce, self-esteem, college stress, beginning adulthood, or mental health challenges. I also enjoy working with adults navigating parenting challenges as well as adults looking to do inner child work. Growing up can be a time of joy, but for many, it can bring true hardships. If difficulties aren’t processed in adolescence, they can spill into adulthood. As adults, we can also learn to care for our inner child. My goal is to provide a fun space to process and build coping tools that will equip people with a strong foundation for the rest of their lives.
