Thank you for taking the time to read a little about who I am and how I may be able to help you. The world has provided us with unique stressors over the past several years. At best it has made our day to day challenging. But for some, it has been a source of severe anxiety and depression. Through the use of techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices and motivational interviewing, negative thought patterns and behaviors can be reduced, ultimately providing a greater sense of peace and overall well-being. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 4 years of experience helping those struggling with substance abuse, anxiety/panic disorder, depression, OCD and bipolar disorders. I currently work with individual adults and adolescents. I understand how difficult taking the first step is in reaching out for help. But if you’re reading this, you already have.
