Kyle is a Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate who earned her bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico and her master's in education and clinical counseling from Regis University. She has over 20 years of experience working extensively with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ and Autism communities, individuals facing ADD and ADHD, and a diverse array of clients. In the last year, she has deepened her expertise in helping those struggling with anger management, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, communication challenges, cross-cultural conflicts, men's and women's issues, and stress. She has also completed a course offered by Yale University that equips her to support LGBTQIA+ individuals and people of color better using effective cognitive-behavioral techniques.
