Then you have come to the right place. I am here to assist you in your quest for a higher quality of life. I will collaborate with you to identify, manage, and reduce the anxiety, anger, and depression that you may have. Together, we will unleash your positive productive self. I am an eclectic therapist with 20 years’ experience as a substance abuse/mental health counselor in the Army and the private sector. I utilize a strength-based cognitive behavioral/motivational therapy focus. Together, we will define, clarify, and use the many positive resources within you to achieve a higher quality of life. Instead, you and I "will" endeavor to attain positive results. GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE * No therapy client will be charged more than $150.00 per sesssion. Number of sessions will be determined by Client and Therapist. Maximum charge for therapy at 1 session per week for 1 year will not exceed $7800.00. The may be additional fees for additional services that are indeterminate and are case by case with client. * SAP ASSESSMENTS: are $400.00 will not exceed $400.00 paid to SAP. There may be additional charges to be paid to other providers that will be in addition to the $400.00. Those charges are not paid to the SAP or to Don L. De Lapp, LCADC, LCSW, SAP, CCS, MAC.
