Introduction

I graduated with my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling on September 15, 2023. In my practice, I have worked with individuals spanning a wide age range, including children aged five and above, teenagers aged 12 and above, and adults aged 18 to 72. These clients have been presented with a diverse array of life challenges. I am currently supervised by Crystal Dungan, LPC-S. Ages seen: 18 and up. Populations: The population I have worked with includes, adolescents, adults, the LGBTQ+ community, and the acting community. Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, life events and PTST Training: The therapeutic modalities I specialize in include client-centered, person-centered, mindfulness and Adlerian theory. I am also trained in EMDR and EFT (Tapping) Welcome I find great joy in assisting others by actively listening, dedicating my full attention, and aiding in developing solutions to their life challenges. In my spare time, I enjoy acting, reading and camping. How I work My therapeutic approach is a blend of Adlerian, mindfulness, and person-centered theories. I am committed to empowering my clients to help themselves by asking the difficult questions that challenge them to dig deeper into their thoughts and behaviors.
