As a licensed counseling psychologist in practice since 1999, it is my goal to help clients develop effective coping strategies and work through personal and professionally related issues that affect their lives. I utilize an interpersonal approach to therapy while employing cognitive-behavioral acceptance and commitment strategies to help clients establish and reach their therapeutic goals. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, work stress, relationship and interpersonal issues, marital and couples therapy and anger management. My private practice office is located at 420 Columbia Street, Suite 205, in downtown Lafayette, Indiana. The office is, unfortunately, not handicapped accessible. The waiting room is located at the end of the second floor hallway. The therapy room has a separate exit to the hallway so that clients do not have to exit through the waiting room. My office hours are on Tuesdays only between 10:00am and 4:30pm
