I provide a space where people slow things down and take time to look gently at how they are handling their energies, resources, relationships and choices. From that internal state of calm, new ideas and motivation arise and Clients respond to challenging experiences constructively. My approach is Client-Centered, Strengths-based, and Culturally Sensitive, drawn from mind/body/spirit oriented theoretical approaches such as Expressive Therapies, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems.
