With over 30 years of experience as a psychologist, both in the US and abroad, I have studied strengths-based coaching, mind-body-spirit medicine, mindfulness, attachment science and indigenous approaches to healing. This allows me to offer my clients a broad range of approaches to overcome limiting beliefs and roles, develop a strong sense of self and build meaningful relationships.
