Trauma, a difficult childhood, deep loss—they all leave a mark. These difficult and painful experiences change how we feel about ourselves, our relationships, and how we view the world. Unresolved trauma means keeping one foot in the Past, the other in the Present. It's a miserable existence. So, let’s figure out how to make that misery work for you. (It ought to be good for something, right?) Strangely enough, emotional pain can force us to finally take steps toward healing.
